Our combined 40 years experience in high end-residential construction and commercial development is a value added asset to our customers and development endeavors. Landcore’s signature development in Texas (The District of Highland Village) is the first mixed-use metropolitian lifestyle center in Highland Village, and is currently under construction. The District is located in the heart of Highland Village on Farm to Market Road 407, is scheduled to open early spring of 2010, and is currently signing up leases for office, retail, and restaurant space. This unique “ Main Street America” brownstone center will feature, 42,000 square feet of upscale retail shops and restaurants, and 37,000 square feet of professional office space. Completing the center are 73 quaint luxury brownstone town homes which are now selling at pre-grand opening prices.
